Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education is a mandatory programme for all Sri Lankan academics who wants to be a permanent staff member at Higher Education Institutes. General Sir John Kotelawala University is a state university, and we also train young academics for this purpose. In 2023 taken a small group which was consist with 34 resource persons were evaluated their performance via feedback which was given by the participants. Lectures were done in a physical way and after June 2023 its purely via online platform. At the end of each session feedback was taken according to the program which was recommended by the University Grant Commission. This study we have collected the hard copies for evaluation and online sessions via online forms. It is indeed a tedious job to review and reflect their capabilities and give suggestion. This year after completion of each session we used Feedback and asked everyone to submit a evaluation of resource persons. Content analyses were done on delivery of the lecture, content of learn and session overall. Analysis was clustered into Outside Experts, Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Professors, Senior Lecturers and Admin staff. This is the pool of lecturers who conduct lectures. Finally, we found outside experts’ performance is the best and least effectiveness was resulted in the Admin Staff. There is no be difference in other groups. Result outcomes reflect is getting more experts from industry will make a good quality program and we at our university follow that standard.
